Office of Mental Health, and the
Rochester/Monroe County Youth
Bureau have endorsed a shared set
of guding principles, the "Monroe
County Children's System of
Care Guiding Principles"

The Monroe County ACCESS grant
has come to an end but the System
of Care is here to stay.
